Hot keys on chart

Well my hot keys are hijacked. When I F8 or f6 I get the Data series/new chart window. Same as the default Contol C. I have checked my Hot setting but still I can use those two hot keys. F8/f6 this happens on the chart. Actually I just checked it happens even of the chart. I have them all to default settings and have not adjusted any of them. The f8 is fib retrace and f6 is a line

May I have a screenshot of your Hot Key Manager? (Please full screen the Hot Key Manager first)

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
