tda:error:ordstat

Did anyone else get this error message around 11:15 est?

I haven't seen it before, but I found a 2009 thread

My NT charts for tda are dead, connection status is orange.

I do have complaint registered with then about $trin & $issu which stopped workibg 1.5 weeks ago.

I won't be home until I am finished from work. But I guess I'm going to need to disconnect/reconnect.

P.s. had no orders thru them today or for weeks.

Well, after review, I log shows

11:06 am - TDA: Primary connection = connected, price feed = connection lost
then 49 TDA:ERROR:ORDSTATs
from 11:06:42 am
through 11:09:48 am.....

No attempt at reconnection... I disconnected and reconnected when I got home at 6:24.

I did have 2 strategies running on ZenFire that had completed thankfully.

The other nice touch to today, was that I had an oddly timed email for Kinetick from NT Customer Support.

Zenfire connection wasn't trashed, so it wasn't a cable modem issue on my end.
