new broker not connecting

    new broker not connecting

    i am using MB Trading. i followed the instruction that customer service emailed me. I do have the correct v of NT .14 and the latest MB Trader Navigator
    i added the new connection but it's stuck on
    Connectiong MB Trading

    Thank you for your post.

    In order to connect to MB Trading you must have MBT Navigator 11.9.0.44 installed. Please uninstall your current version of MBT Navigator and install 11.9.0.44 at the link provided below:



    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

      That is what i did. When i click to launch it auto updates to a new version

        just saw the option not to update. i tried that and it work. thank you. have a great weekend
