    Connection problems

    Dear All,

    I set up a strategy at two charts simultaneously. The Control Center shows me a "green light" that the system works fine but at about 15.30 CET no prices where displayed neither at the chart nor at the DOM(see attachments). Everything is frozen. My question whether that issue is a matter of the provide CQG or of NT7 itself? If it is a broker issue I wonder why NT7 displayes that everything is working fine "green light" but in reality everything is frozen and no prices are displayed anymore? I also wonder whether my connection problems could be a result of too underperformed hardware equipment? (see attachment). It's really hard to test strategies if I nearly do not have one day a trading system running without interruptions!

    Please contact me by email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

    The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20130822.txt' file.
