saving workspaces

is the position on the screen of the various charts and DOMs supposed to be saved?
mine seem to always be in the same position regardless of how they where when i closwed NT

Hello poeds,

The location of all charts and other windows are saved when you save the workspace. Could it be the workspace is not saved when you close NinjaTrader. So when you start NinjaTrader the next time, the charts and other window are located at their original locations.

yes it seems its not saving when i close. i always select one of the save options when i close NT

Does it make a difference if you save the workspace under a different name using 'Save Workspace As'?

Do charts and other windows open at the locations you saved if you create a brand new workspace.

NT thinks i have a workspace "untitled" open and wont let me delete it. its not open.

Hello poeds,

Can you please go to Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspace and open any workspace.

Go back to Control Center-->File-->Workspaces and check if you see the Untitled1 workspace below "Save Workspace As". If so, please select it so it will have the checkmark.

Subsequently go to Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace.

You can delete the workspace at Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspace. Highlight the workspace and click the Delete button.
