Problem with Streaming IB data

I have added new instruments to the Instrument Manager database (GDX and SDS) as normal and while they load fine they are not streaming data. If I reload historical data they will update but then freeze at that point until I refresh again. I've re-checked with the inbuilt symbols and they all work fine. This is not an IB data limitation issue as there is now problem with loading.

Please could you suggest what could be wrong.

Are you receiving data for these instruments in TWS?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

What version of TWS are you using? You can check under TWS -> Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #

Hello Patrick,

I tried to view the TWS Help-About tab but it just flashed then closed (I've had this before with other IB menu configuration items) so I restarted TWS and NT and now it seems to work fine so I'm not sure what the problem was.
