Break in data

When I open any chart (saved or new), I only get data on the chart from the next trade execution. So, my charts end Friday approx. 1:00p CDT, then it shows the first tick from when the chart was opened this morning.

I can not "reset data" when I right click on the chart, it's grayed out. I tried rebuilding/repairing the DB, no errors... but, no change.

Pls assist.

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.

What interval are you using? Minute or tick charts?

If the reload option is greyed out, this indicates you have been disconnected from the historical data servers. Please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to Zen-Fire.

If you still cannot reload the historical data, please send me an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files.

You will find the trace file on your PC in the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named trace.20130819.txt
