losing connection

    losing connection

    i cannot establish a connection this morning.

    connection keeps getting lost.

    all wired internet connections are functioning, and all accounts appear to be in order.

      thank for the quick reply. it seems to appear the power supply adapter may have failed to my gateway router causing the network connection to pulse, therefore causing the data connections to reset.

      all systems are go, it was a hardware matter that was quickly resolved, nevertheless, thank you for the intended support.

        outage

        I experienced an outage in data from CQG around 11:00 edt today which was followed by a program crash.

        was this just on my end or did you have a system outage?

          I cannot speak for Ironplates but we did not receive any other reports on such an outage on our end. If you would like I can investigate this matter further on my end. If you would like me to investigate please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
