Setting up Kinetick with FX

Hello,

I have a full license Kinetick connection and am having difficulties downloading data for charts on several pairs.

I am trying to pull tick data from Kinetick on about 11 currency pairs. In the instrument panel, I am selecting the pairs I want from the forex list and moving them into a FX directory.

When I try to load data from some pairs, the chart will not load anything, even though Kinetick claims to support the pair I am looking to use.

On the Kinetick website, I noticed that the format of pairs is different than that on NT7. Their format for example is AUDCHF.ABBA.

Is there something I'm missing with this that I cannot get access to the data?

Thank you for your post.

The symbol map in NinjaTrader will match what Kinetick has set for the pairs.

When downloading the data do you see any errors in the Log tab of the NinjaTrader Control Center?

Can you try downloading the data by going to Tools > Historical Data Manager > Download > select the Instrument, date range, intervals and data type? Does the data fully download?

What pair, interval and range of data are you trying to download (number of days)?

It looks like it has resolved itself and appears to be functioning correctly. I removed the pairs desired along with previously stored historical data and reloaded on Kinetick.
