Via a support email you had asked me to upgrade to the latest version of NT (7.0.1000.15) and then see if the SuperDOM limit order book failure occurred again. Well, here we are a few days later and the same problem has occurred even after upgrading NT.
To reiterate, the issue is that I can see my existing Strategy trade orders in the SuperDOM but there is no limit order book detail in any DOM window I have open.
I'm not sure which day the failure occurred on this week. I have 3 days of log and trace files ready to send. Should I send them to your attention?
