ISP provider question

Hello guys,

i have a question regarding my feed connection to NT.

On my laptop i am using internet modem to connect to internet, and i have a problem connecting to Vision feed. When i'm on wi-fi i can connect without the problem. I was told by my ISP that for internet modems they are using group IP addresses and that maybe could be a cause of a problem, if somebody is already connected from the same IP address. I don't think this is it, because i manage to connect to TD Ameritrade and Interactive Brokers feed via modem without a problem. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this issue with Vision feed?

Unfortunately I am not sure what exactly causes the issue, however it must be related to the internet modem connection, since it does not occur using WiFi. TD Ameritrade and IB use different IP addresses than Vision. So likely another person already uses the IP address of Vision and not from TD Ameritrade and IB.
