Cancel replace of stop order stuck in pending state.

Hi, I use Ninja with a PATS API and I had three sellstops and three profit targets that I tried to cancel replace and they both said "pending", without changing the orders. I called my orderdesk and they saw the orders at their original prices.

I logged out and back in again and the orders were still working and not changed or pending.

Can someone tell me what the problem might be?

Might have been a internet/ISP issue. Please make sure you are on latest 6.0.1000.10 or 6.5.0.9.

If the issue persists on your live account:
- please check your logs for connection losses and contact your ISP or broker in case
- if there are no connection losses in the log and issue persists then please send logs and traces by help->Mail to support, subject "for Dierk" and provide order ID and timestamp on when this happened

Also: which broker is that?

I also found that my three orders that were first cancel replaced were filled, but did initially show in my orderbook. They do now. I confirmed with the exchange on my position.

My Ninja version is 6.0.1000.8. Should I upgrade? Also i was told to send logfiles to Ninja. Where do I collect them?
