Strategy wont run on different dates

Hello,
I built a strategy that works on the default dates that come up. However when I change the dates to say 2012 data. My strategy wont run. It is connected to Mirus zenfire, 5 minute data. Probably simple, any ideas?

steprog, which instrument are you running on here exactly? Would any errors show in NT's log tab? If you open a chart for this instrument and date / time range - would it populate with no issues?

I will look at that, however I am using ES 9-13 so I wonder how does the strategy or chart for that matter, figure out how to switch the contract dates?

NT has a continuous contract feature build right in, there's contract rollover dates defined that it would query to know when the boundary of one contract expiry is reached so it would need to merge past contract data into the current front month to fulfill the charting request.
