    Missing data

    I went to load up my two main workspaces this afternoon, CL and the DAX. I am missing all the overnight data on CL, and the last 40 minutes on the DAX. I tried resetting the instruments, reloading the data, starting over...can't seem to get the data.

      Same problem here for CL and 6E. That is when I use my NT with CQG in Europe. The data from midnight to the time I log in is missing. Charts are blank.

      However when I log in to a remote server in the U.S. this problem is non-existent. All data shows up.

      (Must be the NSA that is cutting across that data feed for all foreigners).

      Seriously, I hope CQG will fix this fast.

        Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the historical data server. I can reproduce it on my end and other customers experience missing data as well. Data is missing for the 6E, YM, CL, 6C and 6B.

        We have reported the issue to our server management team. Once there is news regarding the matter, we will let you know.

          UInfortunately, I experience the same problem adding FDAX data to your list of instruments. Hope to be solved soon!

              FESX worked fine from 8 to 10:55 AM. Out for 1 hour and data feed back al 11:55… curious ;-)

                Any news on this issue? Judging by the threads on this issue, this was reported over 4 hours ago.

                  Jason, how soon do you think you can reproduce the missing data..???.. as it would be nice to attack NY open with decent looking charts....lol!!!!!!!!!

                    Can you please restart NinjaTrader and connect to CQG. Subsequently check if the missing data is loaded.

                            ALERT: Missing historical data CL

                            Hello.

                            The data from 2:30am (European time) to the time I log in is missing. Charts are blank.
                            Affected are: CL, 6A, 6E, 6J. TF looks fine.

                            Seems to be an issue with the historical data server.

                              Hello sandman,

                              Unfortunately the historical data server did not record historical data since 20:35 PM EST yesterday. The historical data server has been restarted and records historical data again as of 3:26 AM EST. We are looking to backfill the missing data upcoming weekend.
