downloading - license key wont take

    downloading - license key wont take

    im having to download the software again coz i have a new hard drive (replacement).
    when I put in my license key, it says 'processing your request', but nothing ever happens.

    Thanks for your post.

    If you have an anti virus/firewall installed please add NinjaTrader to it's exceptions list.
    You will need to exclude the following directories.
    C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 or C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7
    (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7

    Once complete try to restart and test NinjaTrader once again.

      Thanks — two things -
      first, how do you make an exception?
      2nd - i cannot even download the software to my computer - NT website does not complete the process after I put in the license key

        Thanks for clarifying this is during the download process.
        Adding exceptions to the NinjaTrader program would not be necessary at this time.

        Are you connecting to the internet at a home or business location?

          I am connecting to the internet from my home
          Trying to download again, now it says invalid license key
