Tick charts not showing...

Hello,

I might be overlooking something simple...but I cannot see any tick charts!

Either I create a new one (futures and/or stocks) or an existing one, no joy.

I have a connection to free Kinetick (#1) and TD (#2).

What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately the free Kinetick EOD connection does not support historical tick data - only historical daily data. TD Ameritrade does not support historical tick data either. See the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider' which will list all supported data feed providers and what data they support.

Thank you for the above link. I checked the above link for data providers, and noted that it is not possible to get Futures data into NT. TD Ameritrade does not seem to supply this type of data. Only Equities and Indices. I am not sure how old this policy is in place. Has this changes at all ??

Hello Amin,

The information is still accurate. Unfortunately, futures are not supported with TD Ameritrade in NinjaTrader. It is possible to receive futures data using different data feeds.
