Strategy not doing what is needed

I am using strategy wizard to enter long when the current bar closes higher than the 8 bar look back. ToTime(Time[0]) >= ToTime9Time[8]) EnterLong(DefaultQuantity)

When i run it through the strategy analyzer it will hit stop loss and then buy immediatly even though the current bar is lower than the 8 bar look back. how do i solve this issue or am i doing something wrong? maybe i am using the wrong variables for what i am trying to accomplish. Heres what im seeing.

There is nothing in your code to specify a higher close, you're logic simply checks to see if one time is greater than another time.

You need something along the lines of:

Close[0] > Close[8]
