message in log: unable to load server side config file

Hi,

today I found this message in my log: unable to load server side config file: Der Remotename konnte nicht aufgelöst werden: 'www.ninjatrader.com'

What does that mean and what causes this?

If you would like me to send any info, please instruct how to gather the information you require (how to produce any files you need and where to find them on my computer).

This message usually indicates that something is blocking access to our servers.

Please forward your log and trace files to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chelsea #893937" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.20130802.txt

Log file will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.20130802.txt

I look forward to assisting you further with this issue.
