Draw Ellipse On An Angle

When drawing an ellipse (using the drawing tool), the ellipse has 4 anchor points that control the height and width of the ellipse. The top and bottom points are always in the same vertical line, and the left and right points are always in the same horizontal line.

Is it possible to draw the ellipse so that the top and bottom points are not vertically aligned ?

I want to draw an ellipse on an angle to cover the high of one bar, and the low of a few bars later.
