Ninjatrader freezes up

    Ninjatrader freezes up

    In the last few days, Ninjatrader has been freezing up, where it will say "Ninjatrader application has stopped working" and then I have to close it out. It started happening a few days ago and I thought that maybe my workspace filed had gotten corrupted, So today, I created a fresh workspace but after a few minutes it happened again. When it began happening, Ninja opened with no charts with only the Control Center, as if it was the "Unintitled" workspace. Before it started happening, it would open with my saved workspace.

    On this computer, I have 7.0 12 installed.

    Any ideas?

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your most current trace and log files.

    You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

    Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
