range bar

I've open a demo account with FXCM to test the range bar chart on NT. the chart doesn't load properly. There are big gaps between the bars and where there are bars, they are all one over the other.

what I did:
open a new EURUSD chart
set template to none
set to range 10
set bar width 2
set days to load 50

the chart doesn't draw properly. then I "reload all history". I've tried different session template: instrument, 24/7, 24/5, forex... nothing will do

ok, i found the "equidistant bar spacing" parameter which almost solved the problem. but there are still some gaps tough.

Going to the hystorical data manager, i can see that there are some missing days. Could it be that FXCM doesn't provide historical data on demo account?
