restore error

i am getting a Restore error

I rebooted PC , repair data base , and reset data base and still getting error ?

today , I un installed and reloaded Ninja , I wanted to see if restore worked and got error
last week end i reloaded Win 7 and new Motherboard same CPU

64 bit Ninja

Thanks for your note.

The error indicates that there was an attempt to write to a log file but NinjaTrader was unable because the file was locked for editing.

This generally happens when an antivirus or backup program has a file open that NinjaTrader needs to access.

Please add the following folders to your exceptions/exclusion list for your antivirus and/or backup software.

• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\
• C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7 - if 32-bit Windows
• C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 - if 64-bit Windows

After adding these to the exception lists, log out of windows and then back in.
Restart NinjaTrader but do not connect to your data provider or broker, then try the restore again after this.

Let me know if this does not correct the issue.
