    6e, m6e and ZigZag/Weis Wave indicators

    Hi!
On my m6e/6e charts ZigZag and Weis Wave indicator do not show. They do on ES chart. I have Patsystems connection.

Does anyone know how to fix that?

    Hello ramek,

    Thank you for your post.

Do the M6E and 6E charts display 20 + bars? This is often required before an indicator would plot it's calculations on the chart.

      I'm sorry I don't know what is 20+bars.
      I tried 15m, 1h, 4r charts.
I think 1d works, not sure.

        Hello,

Sorry for the confusion - I was just asking whether or not there were more than 20 bars on the chart which you are using.

          yes more than 20.

is it possible that zigzag needs some data that is missing in the m6e feed that es has?

            Hello ramek,

The default deviation value is 0.5 which is too large for the M6E since it uses a tick size of 0.0001. If you set Deviation value to 0.0005, do you see the ZigZag lines?

I do not have the Weis Wave indicator available on my end. Could it be using a too large value as well in its settings? If the issue remains, I suggest to contact the creator of this indicator.

How to change the deviation value?

Please open the Indicator menu and highlight the ZigZag indicator in the lower box. Change the value on the right side and click OK.
