No data for symbols FGBL & FGBM

Hello,

On my charting and DOM window there is no data for symbols FGBL, FGBM.

Please advise, thank you.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What contract month do you have selected
(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

2. I am connected to ZenFire and CGG

3. 9-13 expiration both instruments

4. Yes, these instruments are not enabled for real time quotes (interestingly I have used these in real time before with no problem)

You will need to contact your broker to enable this data for your account.

You may want to try switching the order of your connections.

Ah Ha! That did it, I reversed the connection order and that solved it. Thanks much
