Kinetick Historical Data Download

I have just Subscribed to the basic Kinetick. how much historical data am i allowed to download? I have i believe 5 years of minute data and when i try to download 2006-2008 it says

Error on reloading data: Unable to load historical dta: unknown instrument (Panic)

Thank you for posting.

Kinetick offers -
- 120 days of historical tick data
- two years of minute data
- ten years of daily data

However, more data may be available on the more popular instruments.

Hi Cal,

I'd like to ask if those 2 years minute data is one continuous contract month per security (lets say ZC) or is there 2 years history for each contract month separately (ZC 09-13, ZC 12-13 etc..)?
Also, do I need commercial license of NT? I found on web forums it's not neccessary even it's stated on Kinetick website....

Hello qoheleth,

Data for both the continuous and dated contracts would be available. The free version of NinjaTrader would suffice for everything except for live trading.
