Connecting using TT FIX

Hi,

I am using a SIM version of ninjatrader. We have a FIX adapter set up to our account but we cannot connect. All the log-in information is correct and this is the only relevant piece of data from the log:

7/25/2013 1:10:25 PM Default Verifying license at primary server...


Any help is appreciated

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 888826

I received this error: "Unable to upload attachment files to support server. Please try again later. E-Mail will be sent out regardless: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. 72.232.148.211:21"

Please send a note to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with 'ATTN: Patrick - 888826' in the subject line.

Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to your e-mail, so I may investigate this matter further.

• You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
• The log file will be named "log.20130725.txt"
• You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
• The trace file will be named "trace.20130725.txt"
