Could you please tell me what this error message means?

mbesha, this usually points to an issue with the database file. When did it occur on your setup?

Can you please retry after disconnecting and repairing the database under Tools > Options > Data?

The problem occurred after I did a restore and even after trying to repair the DB, I still get the same error message.

I encountered a similar error. It was because I was trying to add an instrument with a blank string as the name (bungle during a roll from one futures month to the next)
