client side historical data issue

When opening a new chart a message appears stating that there has been a client side error in loading historical data. One 5 minute bar for instance will appear on the chart. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your post.

So I may assist you further please send your log and trace files for today to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20130722.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20130722.txt"

Once located send them as an attachment and in the message put ATTN Brandon and include a link to this forum topic.
