Subscription Not Activated

On Friday 7/19/13, I subscribed to Ninjatrader and I haven’t received an activation email. I emailed Support, but haven't heard anything.

Outside of our standard hours (Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM EST until 6:00 PM EST) we keep only a skeleton staff available which can add to our response time. Your issue will be addressed however - please be patient.

As an aside, I would invite you to follow up with me personally however I do not have access to the systems needed in this instance. I would therefore recommend that you continue to await a response from my colleagues.
