Error on loading chart data

I get this error more often than not when running backtests, changing chart instruments or creating a new chart -
"Error on loading chart data for XYZ. Connection to data server is busy or not available right now."

I usually have to relaunch NT to get it to work, but this can take several tries.

Thanks for the post.

This error indicates that the data server you're connected to is at capacity at that time and unable to complete your request. Should you be come disconnected, you will need to restart NinjaTrader to reconnect to this server.

You can reduce the frequency of these errors by reducing the over all data load you're requesting. This would be doing things such as closing redundant chart/workspaces that you seldom use, or reducing the number of "days to load" especially on tick charts.
