Ninjatrader chart different from IB chart

Hello,

My Ninjatrade daily chart is showing a huge gap that is not shown on the IB chart.
According to the price the IB chart is correct, and the volume shown on the Ninjatrader chart is not correct either. Why did this happen and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

beierde888, that's probably due to the rollover rules used for your NT chart - what options have you selected here either for the symbol in Tools > Instrument Manager or globally under Tools > Options > Data (Merge policy)?

Hello Bertrand thanks for replying. I have selected useglobalsettings for the symbol and mergebackadjusted for the global merge policy. I think these are the default settings, I never changed them.

Thanks, if you set this policy do DoNotMerge for the instrument and reload the chart - would you see the same issue?

Thank you, it is fixed when I set it to DoNotMerge.
