    Hello,

And a last question , how can, with this ATM strategy, I can use a :

    - stop limit order for entry (I want to reduce slippage , even with the risk of not be filled)
    - stop market order for exits in case of losses (because for stop loss purpose, I cannot afford not to be filled)

    thanks for your time again

To submit a Stop Limit Order this will be done using the Middle Mouse Button (scroll wheel) and for a Stop Market Order you will want to use Ctrl+Middle Mouse Button.

I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over Submitting Orders in the SuperDOM.

To set the Stop Loss Order that is attached to your ATM Strategy to a Stop Market please right click within the SuperDOM-->Properties-->Use stop market for stop loss-->Set to True then click Ok.

        Hello,

I want to put into place an ATM strategy.

        Long or Short
Stop loss automatic @ entry -15 ticks
If +7 in favor = breakeven stop
If +10 in favor, then stop loss goes back to entry -10
I know it seems couterintuitive but I need this very specific strategy

Hope you may help me on this
        Thanks very much

Currently when using an ATM Strategy the Stop Strategy can not go to breakeven then go back to a price below this value such as breakeven -10. I have forwarded this to our development team as a suggestion on how we can improve the NinjaTrader platform. Once this suggestion has been input into our tracking system I will forward you the assigned ID number for tracking.

            Hi christopher,

            Sorry to hear that.
So, if its not possible, how could I use ATM with this strategy :

            - Entry long or short
            - Stop loss as entry -15
            - As soon as +10 ticks in favor, stop loss goes to -15 to -10, and stays at -10 all the time.

May you help me on this ?

            thanks for your time.

                  Thanks for your kind answer.

                  One more question :

                  I buy or sell
Stop loss @ entry -10 ticks
                  Target @+10 ticks
As soon as +5 in favor, stop loss goes from -10 to -5.....then move dynamically from -5 to 0 (target reached) at each 1 point increment.

                  exemple :
                  entry 0 stop loss -10
                  entry +1 stop loss -10
                  entry +2 stop loss -10
                  entry +3 stop loss -10
                  entry +4 stop loss -10
                  entry +5 stop loss -5
                  entry +6 stop loss -4
                  entry +7 stop loss -3
                  entry +8 stop loss -2
                  entry +9 stop loss -1
                  entry +10 exit target reached

The idea it to give room at first, then reducing risk as soon as we approach target.

As always, thanks a lot for your time

                  regards
                  gwen

                      Hello,

                      Just a quick note.
I use NT everyday with no trouble.
Since this morning, navigation from charts to DOM etc is extremely slow, to the point as placing or canceling an order take 3 to 5 seconds !!!, as if the computer was not powerful enough to handle the tasks required (which is the first time its the case as my computer is old year old).
What could explain that ? It comes from NT, from my PC ? I am puzzled.

                      Thanks for your time

This can be due to a corrupt indicator, workspace, template, something else using resources on your PC, etc.

                          hello all,

Just a note. I try to plot the CL contract on a daily time frame, but the chart shows only a daily chart made with pit session time frame. In the properties, I have put 24/7 , which should create a daily chart with pit session + globex, but it is not the case.
                          Did I miss something ?

                          Thanks for your time.

PS : an interesting development would be to show on the right scale a kind of countdown to indicate how many minutes, seconds.....it lasts before the bar or the candle ends. I had this feature on a previous feed and it is very useful, especially with automated strategies.

                          Regards,
                          Gwen

Currently Daily bars will only display data that is provided by the technology provider and the Session Template will not be recognized.

As a workaround you can create a 1440 Minute chart to simulate Daily bars then apply the Session Template you would like used.

To view the amount of time left in the current bar you can apply the indicator "BarTimer" which is included by default within NinjaTrader.

I have provided a link below to our NinjaTrader 7 Help Guide that goes over Working with Indicators.

                              Hello,

For the first time since I use Ninja, I had a pb with data. Data stopped to be displayed on CL contract after 18h03 London time.
Is there a possibility to "catch up" the missing data on the chart ?
I use continuum as a feed provider.

As always, thanks for your help and time.
