problems with invalid license key

Just funded my account and received an email with a new license key for live trading but whenever I enter it I get a reply saying my license key is invalid. I went to help, license key, etc. I also went to ninjatrader.com where you download the software and entered it with the same result. Please help thanks!

Include your license key so that we can investigate this issue.

My issue still hasn't been resolved. The tech support rep just gave me another license key for sim trading. I've emailed support several times since 10am with no response. Please help
