IB customer converting to V5.......everything looks good, acct connection, account nums, etc.......but no data to any instrument on Super Dom.......any suggestions?

Connect to your account
Open SuperDOM
Select ES 03-06
Do you get data?
If not,
Open Basic Entry Window
Select ES 03-06
Do you get any data?
Any error messages in your log tab?
