Right Clicking

Hello,

Every time I try to right click on the chart in NinjaTrader, it says "NinjaTrader was unable to access the Windows Clipboard to complete this function". After I click "ok" it allows me to do what I originally wanted but it slows me down and is very annoying. I am using Parallels on my Macbook and have thought of everything I could. Any ideas?

Does this behavior persist after restarting NinjaTrader?


If you open a new text document and paste whatever is on your clipboard, are you able to copy new items to the clipboard and then right mouse click on a NinjaTrader chart successfully without this message?


You may need to uncheck the option to "Share clipboard" from the Parallels settings on the Mac side:

• Shut down the Parallels Virtual Machine
• Configure > Features > Services
• Uncheck "Share clipboard" > Click OK
• Close Parallels to save the configuration
• Re-open Parallels and test copying an item to your clipboard and right mouse clicking on a chart within NinjaTrader.
