break down, report to microsoft

Hello,

when i try to connect to esignal ninja 6.5 V9 is now breaking down and show a message that i should send a report to microsoft. The days before I noticed that whenever i connected to e-siganl it downloads the actual values for the ER2 but than dont show the actual real time live data. So I had to disconnect and connect again (at least one time) than it was running properly. (As broker connection i use IB). What to do?

Hi Jo,

Can you please do the following:
- Go to the windows control panel--> Add/Remove programs
- Locate NinjaTrader 6.5
- Click Change--> Repair
- Restart NinjaTrader

Make sure NinjaTrader is closed when you perform this action.

I followed your recommendation. But no sucess. It still breaks down with the same error mesage.
