false order adjustment with Ninja's draganddrop functionality

to adjust a stop order, Ninja DOM uses the draganddrop functionality ?!
but when i try to click on my stop order to move it to a different level, and the DOM bidask moves in right that instant, i sometimes execute an unwanted market order and close my position

this only happens to me with Ninjatrader's DOM
is there a way to stop this?

Thank you for your note.

Are you using the Dynamic SuperDOM?

If so, your SuperDOM will have a [HOLD] button in the upper left corner.

You can press this button and it will Freeze the SuperDOM at the current price to allow you to accurately move your orders.

still have a problem:

when i use an automatic ATM stop strategy and then want to adjust my stop
even when i am on "Hold", clicking on my order, creates a market order and closes my position
if i entered a position without an ATM, the draganddrop order adjustment functions after i have it on "Hold"
what am i doing wrong here?

am i right that orders can only be adjusted by draganddrop when not created by an ATM exit strategy?

Hello,

When using ATM Strategies, to move your stop, click on the Price column.

This is different than using manually placed orders.


Additionally, to clarify, NinjaTrader uses a click-and-click method to move orders, not a drag and drop.
