locking y and x axis scale?

I was just wondering, is there any way to lock the y and x axis scale that I have adjusted (and therefore there is an 'F' in the upper right hand corner)?

Unfortunately, as I understand your inquiry this is not possible. The y (and x) scaling of a chart are not able to be locked, preventing any changes made by the user.
