Problems not starting!

Hi I run parallels desktop on a mac with windows 8.

I have renamed the config file - did not work
I have reinstalled and have rebooted the system - did not work
I have repaired the install - did not work
I have uninstalled from control panel - did not work
I have re-downloaded as was perhaps faulty download package - did not work

Run out of ideas here.

Also some times in creates an instance of the program in the task manager as if it running which stops me from re-opening the program saying its already running then comes up with further error messages.

I then try and shut down the process or instance of NT in task manager then does not shut down.

Seem to be having the same startup problems as a few others. I have followed everything that you have listed under other threads still to no avail. Need help as would really like to use your software.

I will attach the log files that everyone does so maybe you can solve the issues that I have.

The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20130714.txt' file.
