AMP Live: Unable to connect to the remote server

Hi - for the past 2 weekends, I have not been able to connect to my AMP account or get CQG data. Last weekend, the issue was resolved by Sunday night.

In the log:

"AMP Live: Unable to connect to the remote server.(NoError)"

This seems to be a new issue, since the last NT update.

Can this be resolved?

Same problem here. Tried other machine running older version .12 and doesn't work either, is it scheduled weekend maintenance?

Yes, Zen-Fire and CQG are undergoing maintenance at this time, so you will not be able to log into your account currently. Maintenance will be finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you connect to account again

Hi. Still no joy with CQG. Is it me or are they still undergoing maintenance?

There should not be any items preventing you from connecting to CQG. If you still cannot connect, please send in a note to support team at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and we can assist you with your specific account connection.
