    CL Can't place orders

    Hi there,

    I've tried to place CL 08-13 orders on simulation account:

    1) Chart Trader, no go, see attachment

    2) Control Center, no go, see attachment.

    3) Static DOM, no data

    Hello,

    Do you have a real-time subscription to the Nymex exchange from your Kinetick live account, or does it report the CL 08-13 data is "Delayed" on the Log ta of the control center?

    Are there any other errors related to this contract on the Log tab?

    You may need to reset your instruments to ensure you have the correct symbol mappings to receive the real-time data from Kinetick. You can do this by disconnecting from your data provider, navigate to Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> select "Reset Instruments".
