HELP...asap please.live trade on. and disconnected

Hello I have a live countertrend trade on and need help reconnecting.
This is the first time I've ever been disconnected and can't figure out why atm.

I attempted to move my SL buy stop to break even and I soon had my price hit but I wasn't exited.
I saved workspace then tried repeatedly.
I exited and reloaded.
Checked FILE>CONNECT> name of my LIVE connection
nothing.

any ideas

btw I was trading from chart, using what I think is called chart trader

Uh...
so weird.
I didn't do anything different, and tried reconnecting the same way I had retried a dozen times and it connected.
I am thinking the BROKER or feed had issues as my net and backup charts were up.
I was so fortunate I squeezed out without a big loss and got 14ticks positive. so lucky. usually that kind of luck is negative ticks.

ANY IDEAs on what to pursue next?

Please contact your broker as soon as possible to close your open position. Unfortunately I cannot do this from my end - I do not have access to your account.

Am I correct you connect to the Zen-Fire broker technology? I received a message from Zen-Fire that there are currently issues with the Zen-Fire connection. I received reports from other Zen-Fire users as well.

Once there is new information regarding this matter, I will let you know.

Yes this was ZENfire with DormanLLC...I was lucky to reconnect and squeeze out of my position.

Yes, Zen-Fire informed me the connectivity issues are resolved. Unfortunately they momentarily lost connection to the exchange.
