I am trying to connect TS to NT via ATI, where TS and NT are on two differnet computers. I use the Setup() call to set the hostname and port to use. The NTConnected() call says that TS is connected, but orders do not flow to NT, and there are no log messages pertaining to the orders.
I know it is partially connected, because when I shut down NT I get a msg in TS saying that it is no longer connected (from called NTConnected(1)).
The same TS strategy works perfectly when NT is on the same computer, so I am pretty sure it is not the TS code that is an issue (I change the hostname and reboot between tries).
I had this working several months ago, but am just getting back to it. I suspect it is my network/firewall setup that is the issue, and am looking for some pointers. I have tried running without the firewall turned on, but no luck. I can ping between the two machines, so there is connectivity.
What ports and protocols (UDP/TCP) are used by NT? Is the ATI port specified the only port used? Why would I be connected, but not be able to send orders?
