Adding a multi intervals to a single chart

I want to add three intervals to one chart with the same indicators being applied to each chart, (seconds, minutes and tick) is this possible and how do you do it? does it require programming or can it be done thru mouse clicking on NT? Also, is it possible to have 3 different intervals with different indicators on each one ?

I was able to set up a chart with three different intervals, but I can't get it so each chart has different indicators on each panel error messages below:

this the error message that I get when I try and apply a template

Also, when I try to start from scratch and apply different tech indicators to each panel, it doesn't work the way it does in video, when I change one panel they all change
