    Display ATR in Ticks

I am monitoring the ATR of several futures instruments and the Market Analyzer shows them in raw form
which can be from whole numbers to small fractions (several decimal places).
Is there away to easily modify the output column to divide by TickSize ? (Convert to ticks)
Or, am I going to have to create a custom ATR indicator ?? I can but, it just doesn't seem that it should be neccessary.

    Thx in advance...

    Hello Randwulf,

    Thank you for your post.

You will need to either create a custom ATR or edit the existing ATR for your purposes. You can edit the current ATR by going to Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator > ATR > OK > then when the ATR opens > right click in the NinjaScript Editor > select Save As... > and give your ATR a new name, you can then begin editing the ATR from there.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

      Thx Patrick
Just didn't want to go through the process if it wasn't neccessary...

What about performing a search first?

In case that you had searched for "ATR Ticks", you would have found this thread here, which explains how to modify the ATR to be displayed in ticks.

Thx Harry for the response but, I know how to modify the indicator.
I was just wondering if there was an easy way to modify
Market Analyzer cell outputs that I was not aware of. (This could be beneficial in many instances.)
I'm using a 24/5 session template for the analyzer so that weekend data doesn't skew output.
I'm also using a modified EMA to emphasize the most recent days
and to round off Ticks to whole numbers.

No, you cannnot easily use the market analyzer to perform complex calculations. Just modify the ATR to display ticks. It takes less than 5 minutes.
