charting not working

    charting not working

    using IB TWS 939.2 and NT 7.0.1000.14. clean install due to scripting errors from indicators. tried 3 times to get charting to work, data for the esu13 is loaded, real time quotes recieved, but chart not moving forward, all data stuck into last minute of 7/7/2013 Chicago time (globex time). check all settings for charting, at a loss here, thank you.. added jpeg of chart with the 83 minutes of data all in the last minute of 07/07/2013

    Hello Renatus13,

    Please note that NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.14 supports TWS 938. Can you please download and install TWS 938 from the following link.


    If the issue remains, please check if your PC clock is set to the correct date and time. If you need to make changes to the PC clock, make sure you shut down NinjaTrader first.

      Thank You Jason, the incompatibility of the TWS version 939.2 with the NT 7.0.1000.14 was the problem, working great again, Thanks again for the great response time and solution! BE WELL!
