No market depth on DOM

hi there, I have no market depth on my DOM, I have IB and I have a level 2 open and can watch it in a IB window, but not showing up on the DOM in NT7, I have the latest version of both, just reinstalled both...thus the issue, thank you

i fixed it, not sure how

I have TWS build 939.2 and NT 7.0.1000.14 and I did have the settings set for depth on the Dom


same as I had with the lack of depth, rebooted everything, and double checked versions, connections, level 2 on globex after hours, and magically I have depth now, thanks again for the 5 star support, you guys allows get back to us fast, even on the littlest things, BE WELL !
