Problem with Symbols for E-Mini S&P CNX Nifty Futures(Nifty50)

Hello guys,
I have been trying load data for EMF-symbol for E-Mini S&P CNX Nifty Futures(Nifty50) or MNF -symbol for E-Micro S&P CNX Nifty Futures(Nifty50), and on adding these instruments in the instrument manager when i download the data from Kinetick EOD for daily charts and Kinetick Real time for the minute chart, the data gets downloaded, but the chart opens with just few dots and nothing else is noted.
I have been trying to get around this issue for last few days, and still no change has been done. I tried discussing with the support here on the forum, but still same is happening.
I have attached an image of the EMF and MNF daily chart as it opens on my NT.
Any advice wound be greatly appreciated.
