Cannot connect IB TWS with Ninjatrader

Hi,

I cannot connect IB TWS (Interactive Broker) with Ninjatrader. When I try to connect them, it keep showing the status "Connecting-Interactive Broker". After some time, it showed a message "Login failed: Timeout on waiting for TWS".

I deleted and re-installed/upgraded to the lastest version of TWS and Ninjatrader. However, the problem still persist. Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

The current version of NinjaTrader and Traders Workstation supported together is NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.14 and Traders Workstation 938.1.

You can verify what version of NinjaTrader are you using under Help -> About.

You can verify what version of Interactive Broker's TWS are you using under TWS -> Help -> About -> Scroll down to the bottom and look for the Build #

If not using the supported version of TWS, you may download Traders Workstation 938.1 from the link below.
