3 minutes to load 1 5D-5Min chart

I added one chart with one indicator and it took 3 minutes for NT7 to transition from not responding to normal state. I know it has something to do with the proprietary indicator that I have purchased, but in order to pressure on the developer to fix it, can support review the trace and log file for me to tell me what is happening? Thanks.

Can you please send me your log and trace files and tell me what time you loaded the chart. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach them in your email.

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20130705 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20130705 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
